How do I start? Simply click the SIGN-UP link on our website: www.ProVAssist.com. Fill up all the necessary information. Enter the number of hours you would like to purchase. The plan specific to the hours bought will automatically be assigned in accordance to the hours purchased at any time. Confirm Terms and Conditions, and make your payment. Upon payment confirmation, you will be able to start assigning projects/tasks to your VA right away.

How do I pay? You can pay via our payment gateways provided by PayPal (you pay with your credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance) or 2Checkout (you pay with your credit card).

How sure that my credit card information is safe? We do not have access to your credit card information nor keep any record of such. Your credit card information will go directly to PayPal or 2Checkout without ever exposing your credit card number to us. PayPal and 2Checkout.com are widely-recognized payment portals; both are secure, reliable and discrete.

How sure that the data or documents I send you will not be used or shared to others? Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. The moment you place your order and check “I Agree to the Terms and Conditions” in our website, our Privacy Policy comes to full effect. A standard Non-Disclosure Agreement is found under our Privacy Policy. Acceptance of the Terms of Contract will make this Non-Disclosure Agreement binding, however, if you wish to receive a signed copy, please let us know by email at info@provassist.com.

When will my account be activated and when can I start assigning work to my VA? Accounts are activated and tasks assigned to VA after your payment has been confirmed. In most cases within an hour of signing up, you can start assigning tasks/projects to your VA.

How do I assign tasks? You may assign your tasks in any way convenient to you: via email, online chat, or phone through our customer service reps who will be on stand-by to take down your request, or (ii) through the account which you created online upon sign-up. You may also directly communicate with your VA for your tasks assignments and instructions.

Is a VA available at any time of the day? Yes. Our business operation is 24/7. Once a task is received, a VA will be immediately assigned to you to work on your tasks.

Will there be just one person working for me? Ideally, one VA will be assigned to you, but this will all depend on the nature of your tasks. We have a group of professionals and staff who specialize in different fields. In case one VA is not enough, we can arrange a back up assistant to help with your tasks.

How do I track my hours? Tracking your hours is simple after creating your account. Through ProVAssist.com website, you can log on and track your usage of hours on a daily basis. In your account you can view your balance see how your hours were used; you may also purchase additional hours using your account. We can even email you daily updates of tasks and usage of hours, simply request for it.

Will the hours I purchase expire? All hours are pre-paid, and will never expire. Your purchased hours will always be there for you, or you can transfer it to someone else to use.

Can your VA perform work for me at my office? No. The reason they are called “virtual assistants” is that they do work remotely.

Where is your company based and where are your VA's from? We are based in Delaware and our VAs come from different states in the U.S. and other parts of the world.

How come your rates are so cheap? We have efficiently streamlined our operation; our VAs work on a per-project pay basis, thus we are able to cut down on unnecessary overhead costs. These savings are then passed down to you our clients.
